THE ORANGE VITAMIN SECRET

Lily loved visiting her grandmother's cottage by the sea. Every summer, she'd spend hours swimming in the crystal blue ocean, pretending she was a mermaid exploring a hidden kingdom.

One afternoon, while exploring grandmother's attic, Lily found a dusty bottle filled with glowing orange tablets. "What are these?" she wondered, reading the faded label: "Magic Ocean Vitamins – For Young Explorers Only."

Grandmother smiled when Lily showed her the bottle. "Ah, those were given to me by a friendly sea turtle when I was your age. Each orange vitamin lets you breathe underwater for one whole day. But you must promise to use this gift wisely – to help others, never to harm."

Lily's eyes widened with wonder. The next morning, she took one orange vitamin and ran to the beach. As soon as she dove into the waves, she could breathe! She swam deeper than ever before, discovering a magical underwater world.

That's when she saw him – a young dolphin spy, watching her from behind a coral reef. "Are you a friend or foe?" he asked, swirling around her curiously.

"I'm Lily!" she said, giggling. "I'm a friend."

The dolphin, whose name was Finn, explained that his pod was in trouble. A giant fishing net was trapping the smaller fish, and the grown dolphins were too big to swim through the gaps. "We need someone small and brave to help," he said.

Lily didn't hesitate. With Finn guiding her, she swam through the coral maze until she found the trapped fish. Carefully, she untangled each one, her fingers working quickly in the cool water. The fish swam free, darting around her in gratitude.

When she returned to the surface, grandmother was waiting. "I see you've made some new friends," she said knowingly.

Lily nodded, clutching the orange vitamin bottle. "I learned that being small doesn't mean you can't do big things."

"And what else?" grandmother asked.

"That true magic isn't the vitamins," Lily said, her heart full. "It's using whatever gifts you have to help others."

That summer, Lily became the ocean's smallest spy, protector of the seas, and best friend to every creature in the waves.
