The Orange Star's Magic Pyramid

Lily loved gazing at the stars from her bedroom window. Every night, she'd make wishes on twinkling lights, hoping they would come true.

One warm summer evening, something extraordinary happened. An orange streak blazed across the sky — brighter and more beautiful than any shooting star she'd ever seen. But this was no ordinary star. It landed softly in her backyard with a gentle glow.

Cautiously, Lily crept outside. There, where the orange light had fallen, stood a magnificent bull made entirely of shimmering golden light. His eyes were kind and ancient, like he knew secrets from the beginning of time.

"I am Orion," the bull spoke in a voice like distant thunder. "I fell from the constellation Taurus, and I need your help."

Lily's eyes widened. "How can I help?"

"I must build a pyramid of wishes to climb back to the stars," Orion explained. "Each level must be made from a true wish — something selfless and kind."

Together, they collected wishes from all over town. Emma wished for her grandmother's health. Marcus wished his puppy would find his way home. Sarah wished everyone would feel loved. Lily wished for courage to help others.

Orion arranged these glowing wishes in a beautiful pyramid that rose higher and higher, each level shining with hope and kindness.

"One more wish," Orion said softly. "Yours, Lily. What do you wish for yourself?"

Lily thought carefully. "I wish to remember this magical night forever, and to always believe in impossible things."

The pyramid blazed with brilliant orange light, and Orion began to ascend. "Thank you, brave friend. Whenever you see a shooting star, know I'm watching over you."

He rose into the night sky, joining his constellation. Lily waved until he disappeared among the stars.

From that night on, Lily never stopped believing in magic. And sometimes, when she made wishes on shooting stars, she'd see a gentle orange glow — Orion's way of saying thank you.

For indeed, the most powerful wishes are those made for others, and the greatest adventures begin with an open heart.
