The Orange Pyramid Secret
Luna loved visiting her grandmother's garden, especially the corner where the greenest **spinach** grew. One afternoon, she noticed something strange—an **orange** glow coming from behind the old oak tree.
Curious, Luna pushed aside the leaves and gasped. A small golden bear sat on a tree stump, holding a tiny pyramid that shone like a sunset. The bear's fur was the color of honey, and his eyes twinkled like stars.
"Hello, little one," the bear said in a voice like warm honey. "I've been waiting for someone kind enough to find me."
Luna's heart raced with excitement. "Who are you?"
"I'm Barnaby, guardian of the Friendship Pyramid." He held up the small orange pyramid. "This magical object shows the secret to being a true friend. But only those who are brave and kind can see its magic."
Luna reached out, and the pyramid pulsed with warm light. Suddenly, images floated in the air—a child sharing a toy, someone comforting a crying friend, two people holding hands.
"The secret," Barnaby whispered, "is that true friendship grows from small acts of kindness, just like my favorite snack grows from the earth." He reached into his pouch and pulled out fresh spinach leaves. "Would you like some? It makes me strong enough to guard this magic."
Luna giggled and took a leaf. "My grandma says spinach makes you strong too!"
"Exactly!" Barnaby's eyes sparkled. "And you know what else makes you strong? Being a good **friend**. Every time you help someone, share, or listen, you're building your own pyramid of kindness inside your heart."
Luna felt warm all over. "Can I come visit you again?"
"Whenever you need a friend, I'll be here," Barnaby promised. "Remember, magic isn't just in pyramids or glowing bears. It's in the kindness you share every day."
That evening, Luna helped her little brother with his homework, shared her orange with a lonely girl at school, and listened when her grandmother told stories. Each act of kindness made her heart glow warmer, just like the Friendship Pyramid.
And sometimes, when she visited the garden, she swear she could see a flash of orange light behind the oak tree, reminding her that the best magic of all was simply being a friend.
