The Orange Pyramid's Secret

Mia loved exploring her grandmother's dusty attic. Rain pattered against the window as she opened an old wooden chest. Inside sat a perfect orange pyramid, glowing softly like a sunset captured in stone.

"What are you?" Mia whispered, tracing its smooth sides.

Suddenly, lightning flashed outside. The pyramid hummed in her hands, growing warm. CRACK! Another lightning bolt struck nearby, and the orange pyramid floated upward, spinning faster and faster until it burst into golden sparkles.

Before Mia stood a magnificent creature—a glowing bull made of starlight. His eyes twinkled like the night sky.

"Thank you for waking me," the bull spoke in a voice like distant thunder. "I am Orion, guardian of the Courage Pyramid. Many years ago, a lonely wizard crafted me to help children find their bravery."

Mia's eyes widened. "You're magical!"

"Indeed," Orion nodded. "But I can only appear during lightning storms, when the sky's power joins with the orange pyramid's magic. Now, little one, why did you climb to this attic alone?"

Mia looked at her feet. "I wanted to prove I'm brave enough to explore by myself. But... it's scary up here."

Orion smiled gently. "True bravery isn't about being alone. It's about knowing when to ask for help." He lowered his massive, shining head. "Climb on my back, and I'll show you something wonderful."

Mia scrambled onto the bull's back, and they soared through the attic ceiling, flying above the storm clouds. Below, she saw her whole town twinkling with lights.

"See?" Orion said. "Every light represents someone helping someone else. That's the real magic—friendship and kindness."

As another lightning bolt flashed, Orion began to fade. "Remember, Mia: the orange pyramid will appear whenever you need courage, but the bravest thing you can do is let others help you."

Mia woke up on the attic floor, the orange pyramid dim again in her hands. But now it felt warmer, as if holding a tiny piece of lightning and friendship together.

She ran downstairs to find her grandmother. "You'll never guess what happened!" Mia said, already planning their next attic adventure—together.
