The Orange Pyramid's Secret
Leo loved baseball more than anything. Every afternoon, he'd practice in his backyard, hitting the ball as far as he could. One sunny day, his baseball sailed over the fence and landed in the mysterious woods behind his house.
Bravely, Leo followed his ball. Deeper and deeper he went until he found it resting beside a golden retriever with kind eyes. The dog wagged its tail and nudged the ball toward Leo, then began walking away, looking back as if to say, "Follow me!"
Curious and excited, Leo trailed after the friendly dog through twisting paths until they reached a sparkling blue lake. But something strange glowed beneath the water's surface—an enormous orange pyramid pulsing with warm light!
"What is that?" Leo whispered. The dog barked happily and began swimming toward it. Without hesitation, Leo kicked off his shoes and jumped in, swimming beside his new friend.
The water felt magical, like liquid sunshine. As they reached the orange pyramid, it suddenly opened, revealing a swirling staircase inside. Together, boy and dog climbed down into the most amazing room Leo had ever seen—an underwater playground filled with floating toys and games!
A friendly voice echoed: "Welcome, young friend! I am Pearl, guardian of the Joy Pyramid. Every child who follows their heart and shows kindness to animals discovers this place."
Pearl explained that the orange pyramid was built by magical creatures long ago to store happiness and wonder. "You're special, Leo. You followed your baseball with courage and made a friend along the way."
Leo and the dog played for hours, having the best adventure ever. When it was time to leave, Pearl gave him a special orange crystal that would always guide him back to the magical pyramid whenever he needed wonder or joy.
That evening, Leo walked home with his baseball and his new dog friend—whom he named Sunny. He knew this was just the beginning of many magical adventures, and that sometimes, the best discoveries happen when you follow where your heart (and your baseball) leads you.
The moral? Always stay curious, be kind to animals, and never be afraid to follow the unexpected—you might just discover magic waiting for you!
