The Orange Pyramid Mystery

Lily's messy brown hair bounced as she ran through her backyard, chasing her baseball. It flew over the fence and landed in something strange—a shimmering golden pyramid that had appeared overnight!

"Did you see that?" gasped her best friend, Mateo, climbing over the fence. His eyes widened as the pyramid's walls turned transparent, revealing an enormous orange inside.

"I've never seen an orange that big!" Lily cried. The pyramid doors swung open with a musical chime.

Inside, the orange glowed like a tiny sun. An old woman with silver hair that sparkled like starlight appeared. "This orange grants one wish to true friends who work together."

Lily and Mateo looked at each other. They'd been wishing for a treehouse for months!

"We wish for a magical treehouse where all our friends can play!" they said together.

The orange burst into golden sparkles that swirled around them. When the sparkles settled, a magnificent treehouse stood in the yard—complete with a baseball field, swings, and room for everyone.

"Thank you!" Lily and Mateo shouted, but the pyramid had vanished, leaving only a small orange on the grass.

From that day on, their magical treehouse became a place where every child in the neighborhood became a friend. And every time they shared that special orange, their hair would sparkle with tiny stars—reminding them that friendship is the greatest magic of all.
