The Orange Pyramid Magic

Barnaby was a bear who loved two things: honey and swimming. Every morning, he'd splash into the crystal-blue lake behind his cave, doing backstrokes and front flips that made all the other forest animals stop and watch.

One sunny day, a scruffy golden dog named Pepper trotted to the water's edge. She watched Barnaby float peacefully on his back.

"Teach me?" Pepper asked, her tail wagging hopefully. "I've always wanted to swim, but I'm afraid."

Barnaby smiled. "Being brave doesn't mean you're not afraid. It means doing it anyway!"

For days, the bear taught the dog. Pepper paddled, splashed, and sometimes swallowed water. But Barnaby was patient. "You're doing great!" he'd say. "Almost there!"

On the fifth day, Pepper finally swam across the whole lake! She barked with joy, and Barnaby cheered.

"Let's celebrate!" said the bear. "I know a special place."

He led Pepper through the forest until they reached a hidden clearing. There, in the center, stood something amazing — a pyramid made entirely of bright orange oranges!

"The Orange Pyramid," Barnaby whispered. "Legend says it appears only when true friendship is born."

Pepper's eyes widened. "It's magical!"

Together, they shared the sweetest oranges they'd ever tasted. juice dripped down their chins as they laughed under the warm sun.

"Thank you, Barnaby," Pepper said. "For teaching me to swim and being my friend."

"And thank you for being brave," Barnaby replied. "That's what real magic is — helping each other do things we never thought possible."

From that day on, the bear and the dog were best friends. And every time they saw the color orange, they smiled, remembering the day they learned that the best adventures are the ones we share with friends.
