The Orange Pyramid Dream

Lily sat by the edge of the pool, her toes dipping into the cool blue water. It was a hot summer day, and she wished something magical would happen. Something unexpected.

Grandma had given her an old iPhone before she passed away—a shiny one that she said held special secrets. Lily pulled it from her pocket, and suddenly the screen began to glow with a warm orange light!

The light grew brighter and brighter until the whole backyard shimmered. Then, right before her eyes, the pool began to transform. The water turned into sparkling orange crystals, rising higher and higher until it formed a magnificent pyramid made entirely of light!

Inside the pyramid, Lily could see tiny golden fish swimming through what looked like floating stars. Her friend Mateo, who lived next door, peeked over the fence.

"Lily! What is THAT?" he gasped.

"I don't know!" she whispered. "But I think we're supposed to go inside."

Hand in hand, they stepped into the glowing orange pyramid. Inside, everything was weightless. They floated like astronauts in space, surrounded by dancing lights that smelled like citrus dreams.

An old turtle with a shell like a prism appeared. "Welcome, young dreamers," he said slowly. "This pyramid was built from all the wishes children have made while swimming in pools. Every hope, every dream—they became these orange crystals. You two must have especially big hearts to see it."

Lily realized something important. "So magic happens when we believe in it together?"

"Exactly," the turtle smiled. "Friendship is the greatest magic of all."

As the sun began to set, the pyramid faded back into an ordinary pool. But Lily and Mateo knew the truth—every swimming pool held infinite possibilities, as long as you had someone to share the wonder with.

"Same time tomorrow?" Mateo grinned.

"Definitely," Lily said, squeezing her orange iPhone. It had stopped glowing, but she knew the magic was still there, waiting for anyone brave enough to believe.
