The Orange Phone Portal

Lily couldn't sleep. The moonlight painted her room silver, but something else glowed beside her bed—her parents' old **iPhone**, left on her nightstand. Its screen flickered with a strange **orange** light, pulsing like a heartbeat.

Curious, Lily tapped the screen. Ripples spread across it like water, and suddenly she wasn't in her room anymore. She floated inside a magical underwater kingdom where everything was painted in shades of sunset gold and coral orange.

"You're finally here!" a tiny voice squeaked.

Lily spun around. A magnificent **goldfish** with shimmering scales swam beside her, but this was no ordinary fish. He wore a tiny crown made of seashells and had the kindest eyes she'd ever seen.

"I'm King Finley," the goldfish said sadly. "My kingdom is losing its color. The Orange Pearl that gives our world its magic has gone dark. Will you help me?"

Lily's heart swelled with courage. "Yes! What do I need to do?"

"The Pearl needs joy to shine again," King Finley explained. "It only glows when someone shares something special with a friend."

Lily thought hard. What did she have that was special? Then she remembered—the photos on her iPhone! She tapped the screen, and pictures of her family, her dog, and her adventures appeared.

"Look!" Lily showed King Finley photos of her birthday party, her first tooth falling out, and the time she built a snowman taller than herself. "These are my happiest moments."

As she shared each story, the goldfish's scales began to gleam brighter. The orange waters around them sparkled. King Finley's smile grew wider with every tale.

"Friendship and joy," he whispered. "That's the real magic all along!"

Suddenly, Lily was back in her room, the iPhone screen now displaying a simple photo of a smiling goldfish. But in the corner of the screen, something new sparkled—a tiny orange pearl that glowed whenever she thought of her friends.

Lily hugged the phone close, feeling warm inside. Sometimes, she realized, the most magical adventures happen when you share your heart with others.
