The Orange Goldfish's Wish
Lily loved visiting the pond behind her grandmother's house. The **water** was always clear and sparkly, reflecting the blue sky above. But what Lily loved most was watching the little **goldfish** that lived there.
Every morning, Lily would sit by the water's edge and toss breadcrumbs. The fish would swim to the surface, its golden scales shining like tiny coins. But today, something magical happened.
As Lily approached the pond, she saw something unusual—a bright **papaya** had fallen from the tree and was floating on the water! The curious goldfish swam toward it and took a tiny nibble.
Suddenly, the fish began to glow. Its golden scales turned a brilliant **orange**, and it started to grow bigger and bigger! Lily gasped as the fish rose from the water, floating in the air like a golden balloon.
"Thank you, Lily," said the fish in a bubbly voice. "For years, you've been so kind to me. Today, the magic papaya has given me the power to grant you one wish."
Lily's eyes grew wide. She could wish for anything! Toys, candy, a castle... but then she thought about her grandmother, who had been feeling lonely since Grandfather passed away.
"I wish for my grandmother to never feel lonely again," Lily said softly.
The orange fish smiled and sprinkled magical droplets onto the ground. Suddenly, the most beautiful garden appeared—filled with papaya trees, orange flowers, and a sparkling fountain where dozens of friendly fish swam.
"Your grandmother will tend this garden," the fish said. "She'll make new friends who love flowers as much as she does."
The fish shrunk back to its normal size and swam back into the water, its orange scales fading back to gold. But from that day on, Lily's grandmother was never lonely, and every morning, an orange butterfly would visit her garden—a little reminder that magic exists for those with kind hearts.
