The Orange Goldfish's Magic Message

Lily had the most unusual pet in the whole world - an orange goldfish named Mango who lived in a glowing blue bowl on her nightstand. Every night before bed, Lily would tap on the glass and Mango would do a silly flip, making her giggle.

One afternoon, Lily was showing Mango her new iPhone when something terrible happened. The phone slipped from her fingers and - SPLASH! - sank straight to the bottom of the fishbowl.

"Oh no!" Lily cried. But instead of breaking, the iPhone began to glow with magical orange light. Tiny bubbles floated up from the screen, and suddenly, Lily could see words floating in the water:

"HELLO LILY! I'VE BEEN WAITING TO TALK TO YOU!"

Mango the goldfish swam to the screen and tapped it with his nose. More bubbles appeared: "I'M NOT JUST A FISH. I'M A MAGIC GOLDFISH FROM THE RAINBOW KINGDOM! YOUR IPHONE OPENED A PORTAL BETWEEN OUR WORLDS!"

Lily's eyes grew wide as her bedroom wall began to shimmer. Through it appeared a sad little fairy with crumpled wings.

"I'm Tilly," the fairy sniffled. "I lost my friend Sparkle in your world, and I can't find her alone."

Lily looked at Mango, then at her phone, and finally at the lonely fairy. "I'll help you find your friend!"

With Mango's magical guidance through the iPhone screen and Lily's kindness, they searched everywhere. Finally, behind the garden shed, they found Sparkle - a tiny fairy tangled in a spiderweb.

Lily gently freed her new friend, and Tilly did a happy dance. "Thank you! You're the best friend ever!" Tilly gave Lily a magical orange scale that shimmered like sunrise.

"Technology brought us together," Mango bubbled on the screen, "but friendship is the real magic."

That night, Lily kept her iPhone far from the fishbowl. She didn't need it anymore - she had magical new friends and a wonderful orange scale that glowed whenever Mango wanted to say hello.
