The Orange Cat's Midnight Pyramid

Lily was supposed to be sleeping, but her eyes kept peeking open at the mysterious orange glow coming from her nightstand. Her new iPhone was lighting up all by itself! She reached out with trembling fingers and discovered something magical—a tiny, glowing pyramid spinning on the screen.

Suddenly, a soft *whoosh* filled her room. Out from the iPhone screen tumbled the fluffiest orange cat she had ever seen, with emerald eyes that sparkled like tiny stars.

"I'm Mango!" the cat announced in a voice like chiming bells. "And I've been waiting for someone with an imagination big enough to see my pyramid!"

Mango explained that the pyramid was actually a magical portal to the Dream Kingdom, where all wishes and hopes lived before entering children's dreams. But tonight, something was wrong. The pyramid was glowing orange instead of its usual silver.

"A lost dream is trapped!" Mango meowed worriedly. "Will you help me rescue it?"

Lily nodded bravely. Mango touched her paw to the iPhone screen, and suddenly Lily was shrinking smaller and smaller until she tumbled right through the pyramid and into a world made of cotton candy clouds and rivers that flowed with grape juice.

They found the lost dream quickly—a sad little dream about flying that was tangled in a grumpy worry-weed. Lily remembered what her grandmother always said: "Kindness is the strongest magic there is."

She didn't try to fight the worry-weed. Instead, she sang it a gentle lullaby and asked why it was so grumpy. The weed confessed it was lonely. Lily invited it to join their adventure, and as the weed's frown turned into a smile, it transformed into a beautiful friendship flower.

The flying dream was free! It soared into the sky, carrying Lily and Mango back through the pyramid just as the first morning light peeked through her curtains.

"Thank you, Lily," Mango whispered, curling up on her pillow. "I'll visit whenever you need a friend. Just look for the orange glow."

As Lily drifted off to sleep, she touched her iPhone one last time and saw the tiny pyramid spinning peacefully. Some secrets are worth keeping, especially the magical ones that find you when you need them most.
