The Orange Bull's Secret Game
Lily loved exploring behind her grandmother's farm. One sunny afternoon, she followed a trail of butterflies until she reached a hidden meadow she had never seen before.
There, standing by a sparkling stream, was the most extraordinary creature Lily had ever seen—a bull colored as bright as a sunrise! His fur was a brilliant orange, shimmering like magic.
The orange bull looked lonely. His big brown eyes watched something in the grass.
"Hello," Lily whispered, approaching slowly. "I'm Lily. What's your name?"
The bull's ears perked up. "I'm Barnaby," he said softly, and Lily gasped—she could understand him! Magic indeed!
Barnaby nudged a torn padel racket lying in the grass. "I love playing padel, but my racquet broke. Now I have no one to play with."
Lily's eyes lit up. "I have a racquet at home! And my grandmother has an old one too. We could play together!"
Barnaby's orange tail swished happily. "Really? You'd play with me? Everyone runs away because I look different."
"Different is wonderful," Lily said firmly. "Being orange makes you special, like a walking sunset!"
Every day that summer, Lily and Barnaby played padel in their secret meadow. The gentle orange bull hit the ball with surprising grace, his orange coat flashing in the sunlight as he moved.
One day, other children from the village discovered them. At first, they were afraid, but Lily showed them how kind and fun Barnaby was. Soon, everyone wanted to play with the magical orange bull who loved padel.
Barnaby was never lonely again. He had found not just a game, but true friends who loved him for who he was—orange fur, padel skills, and all.
And Lily learned that the best friendships often come from the most unexpected places, and that being different is what makes someone extraordinary.
