The Orange Bull's Magical Match
Lily loved visiting her grandfather's farm, especially the secret pond behind the old barn. The water there shimmered with an extra sparkle, as if hiding a wonderful secret.
One hot afternoon, Lily carried her padel racquet toward the pond, hoping to practice against the stone wall. But she stopped in her tracks. Rising from the middle of the pond was the most extraordinary creature she had ever seen—a bull with bright orange fur that glowed like sunshine!
The orange bull walked across the water as if it were solid ground. His eyes twinkled kindly.
"You like padel?" the bull rumbled gently.
Lily nodded, too amazed to speak.
"Show me your best shot," said the bull, summoning an orange ball from nowhere.
Lily hit the ball with all her might. To her delight, the bull sprang into the air and returned it with his golden horn—SPLASH! Each time the ball touched the water, ripples of orange light spread across the pond, transforming into tiny fish that leaped and danced before disappearing.
"Your skills are strong," said the bull, "but true champions use their gifts to help others."
He explained that his magic kept the farm's water pure and sweet, but he grew weaker each year because fewer children visited the pond to play and dream. Their joy and laughter fed his magic.
Lily understood. The next day, she brought her whole class to play padel by the magical pond. The orange bull played with every child, and with each joyful hit, the water grew brighter and stronger.
From that day on, Lily and her friends visited often. The orange bull taught them that the best kind of magic isn't just about wonder—it's about sharing joy with others. And every time they played, the water sparkled a little brighter, reminding everyone that friendship is the most powerful magic of all.
