The Moonlight Bull's Secret Pool

Luna loved her toy bull, Ferdinand. He was small and brown, with golden horns that gleamed like sunshine. Every night, she tucked him under her pillow.

One full moon night, Luna heard a soft snuffling sound. She peeked under her pillow and gasped! Ferdinand had grown big as a pony! His eyes twinkled like stars.

"Come, my friend!" Ferdinand said. "I have something magical to show you!"

Luna climbed onto Ferdinand's back, and they soared out her window into the night sky. The wind whispered through her hair as they flew over sleeping houses and dark forests.

They landed in a secret clearing Ferdinand knew. There, glowing with silver light, was the most beautiful pool Luna had ever seen. The water sparkled like liquid diamonds, and moonflowers bloomed around its edges.

"This is the Moonlight Pool," Ferdinand said proudly. "It only appears when someone pure of heart needs a friend."

Luna dipped her toes in the water. It was warm and bubbly, like a bath filled with happiness. Tiny fish made of light swam around her feet, leaving trails of silver bubbles.

Ferdinand trotted into the pool and began to dance! He splashed and played, creating rainbows in the moonlight. Then Luna noticed something amazing — floating on the water were magical padels, glowing with stardust!

"Let's play!" Luna cried. She grabbed a padel and hit a moonbeam back and forth with Ferdinand. The moonbeams turned into butterflies as they flew through the air!

They played until the sky began to lighten. Ferdinand grew small again, and they flew back home just as the sun peeked over the hills.

"Will we ever go back?" Luna asked, tucking Ferdinand under her pillow.

"Whenever you need a friend," Ferdinand whispered. "Just close your eyes and remember the magic."

From that night on, Luna knew the best adventures happen with a friend by your side — even if that friend happens to be a magical bull who loves moonlight splashing!
