The Midnight Pyramid Game

pyramidswimmingzombiepadelfriend

Lily discovered something strange in her backyard one moonlit night. Rising from the grass stood a glowing **pyramid**, no taller than her dad's garden gnome. It pulsed with soft purple light, and strange symbols floated around it like fireflies.

"Tom!" she whispered, shaking her best **friend** awake. He'd been sleeping over in their backyard tent. "You have to see this!"

Tom rubbed his eyes. "Whoa. Is that... is it glowing?"

When Lily touched the pyramid's smooth surface, suddenly they weren't in the backyard anymore. They were **swimming** through sparkling blue air, weightless and giggling, as if the whole world had turned into a giant swimming pool made of starlight.

They landed in a magical court where the ground was bouncy like marshmallow. Three friendly creatures appeared — round and fuzzy with rainbow fur. They weren't scary at all, even though they shuffled and groaned like funny little **zombie** bunnies.

"Welcome!" one squeaked. "Will you play **padel** with us?"

Lily had taken padel lessons at school, but never against magical zombie bunnies with glowing racquets! The game was amazing — the ball changed colors with every hit, and when someone scored, confetti rained from the sky.

"You're natural players!" the bunnies cheered.

The pyramid flashed, and suddenly they were back in their tent, pajamas warm, the pyramid shrinking into a small crystal pyramid charm on Lily's wrist.

"Was that real?" Tom whispered.

Lily grinned, touching the crystal. "Some magic is real, Tom. Especially when you share it with a friend."

That night, they fell asleep under the stars, dreaming of zombie bunnies and midnight games, knowing some adventures are just beginning.
