The Midnight Pyramid

Lily loved to spy through her bedroom window at night. She watched the moon dance on the leaves and the stars twinkle like tiny diamond wishes. But tonight, something magical happened.

A golden cable dropped from the sky, shimmering like liquid sunshine. It landed right in her garden, glowing softly. Lily's heart raced with excitement. She tiptoed outside in her pajamas and touched the cable. It hummed with warmth, pulling her gently forward like a friendly invitation.

As she followed it through her garden, the cable grew brighter and brighter. Suddenly, it wrapped around something massive—a beautiful crystal pyramid that appeared as if by magic! The pyramid sparkled with every color of the rainbow, and inside it swirled with sparkling light.

Then, from behind the pyramid, stepped the most magnificent creature Lily had ever seen. It was a bull, but not like any bull from a farm. This bull was made of starlight and moonbeams! His horns were crescent moons, his eyes shone like friendly lanterns, and his coat gleamed with constellations.

"Hello, little friend," the Star Bull said in a voice like distant wind chimes. "I've been waiting for someone with a curious heart."

"Are you... real?" Lily whispered, reaching out to touch his glowing nose.

"As real as dreams and as magical as imagination," the Star Bull replied. "This pyramid holds lost wishes from children who stopped believing in magic. Will you help me return them?"

Lily nodded enthusiastically. Together, they opened the crystal pyramid. Out floated hundreds of glowing orbs—each one a forgotten wish. Lily and the Star Bull spent the whole night traveling on moonbeams, sprinkling these wishes back into the world. They planted wishes in gardens, tucked them into pillows, and sent them floating up to children's windows.

As dawn approached, the Star Bull nuzzled Lily's cheek. "Thank you for believing. Remember, the greatest magic lives inside those who never stop wondering."

The pyramid and cable dissolved into sparkles, and Lily woke up in her bed. Had it all been a dream? But when she looked at her hand, there glowed a tiny star mark—the Star Bull's gift. Every night after, Lily would spy through her window, and sometimes, if she looked very carefully, she could still see a golden cable stretching across the sky, connecting dreams to those who believe.

And whenever she felt scared or lonely, she would touch her star mark and remember: magic is real for those who keep wonder alive in their hearts.
