The Midnight Garden Promise

Luna was a curious orange tabby cat who loved sneaking out at night. Her humans thought she slept on her velvet pillow, but when the moon rose, Luna became an adventurer.

One evening, she met Ferdinand, a clever red fox with a fluffy tail and kind eyes. Instead of chasing her, Ferdinand bowed politely. "Tonight's the night," he whispered. "The garden magic is strongest when the blue moon shines."

Marina surfaced — her scales sparkled like rainbow jewels. When she swam, the water around her glowed with golden light. "Hello, friends!" she bubbled. "Tonight, I can share something magical."

Marina swam in circles, creating glowing patterns on the water's surface. The lights lifted up, forming pictures — a butterfly, a flower, a shooting star. Luna gasped in wonder as Marina painted stories with light.

"I wish my humans could see this," Luna purred softly.

Marina smiled. "They can. Tonight only, my magic can create memories to share." She swam faster, and the lights formed a beautiful scene: Luna and Ferdinand watching the light show, all three friends together.

The next morning, Luna's humans found her sleeping with an unusual peaceful smile. That night, they looked in her dream journal and found something amazing — a drawing of three friends: a cat, a fox, and a glowing goldfish.
