The Magical Pyramid in the Garden
Lily was playing in her backyard when she spotted something peculiar behind the old oak tree. It was a small golden pyramid, no bigger than her lunchbox, shimmering in the sunlight like it was alive.
Her golden retriever, Buddy, came trotting over, his golden fur blowing in the breeze. Lily loved Buddy's soft hair - she always said it felt like sunshine wrapped in clouds.
"What is this, Buddy?" Lily wondered aloud, touching the pyramid's smooth surface. Suddenly, it popped open like a treasure chest!
Inside sat tiny colorful crystals shaped like her morning vitamins. But these weren't ordinary vitamins. Each one glowed with different colors - pink, blue, green, and yellow.
A tiny voice squeaked from the pyramid, "These are Magic Mood Vitamins! Each one gives you a special feeling for one whole day."
Buddy barked excitedly, his tail wagging so hard his whole body wiggled.
"But remember," the tiny voice continued, "you can only use them to help others. The magic only works when your heart is kind."
Lily understood. She gave her grandmother the pink vitamin for happiness, her little brother the blue one for bravery when he was scared of the dark, and the green one to her friend who was feeling sick. The yellow one? She saved it for Buddy, who gave her courage every day just by being her best friend.
That night, as Lily drifted to sleep with Buddy curled beside her, she realized something wonderful. She didn't need magic vitamins to be special. She already had the best magic of all - love, kindness, and a dog who believed she was extraordinary just the way she was.
The pyramid vanished that night, leaving behind a single golden crystal shaped like a heart. Lily knew then that the real magic had been inside her all along.
