The Magical Pyramid Game
Lily and Max were best friends who loved trying new things. One sunny Saturday, Lily's dad set up a **padel** court in their backyard. It looked like tennis, but with a smaller court and walls you could hit the ball against!
"This is going to be amazing!" Max shouted, grabbing his racket.
But something strange happened as they started playing. Every time the ball hit the wall, a shimmering green light sparkled. On the fifth hit, something incredible appeared in the corner of the yard—a tiny golden **pyramid** no bigger than a lunchbox!
"What is that?" Lily whispered, her eyes wide.
The pyramid's top slowly opened, revealing a single, glowing green leaf inside. It looked exactly like **spinach**!
"Spinach?" Max made a funny face. "Why would a magical pyramid have spinach inside?"
A tiny voice floated from the pyramid. "This is no ordinary spinach! Take one bite, and you'll see."
Lily was brave enough to try it first. As soon as she swallowed the leaf, she felt a warm tingling spread through her body. Suddenly, she could jump higher than she'd ever jumped before! She leaped over the padel court fence in a single bound.
Max tried the spinach too. His eyes sparkled with new magic—he could see where the ball would go before anyone even hit it!
They played padel all afternoon, laughing and discovering their new abilities. Lily made impossible saves, jumping effortlessly to return every shot. Max never missed, magically knowing exactly where to stand.
As the sun began to set, the pyramid spoke again. "You've learned today's lesson well, young friends. The strongest magic comes from believing in yourself—and sometimes, from the things you thought you didn't like."
The pyramid vanished, but Lily and Max still had their magical powers whenever they played together. And from that day on, whenever their parents served spinach at dinner, both children would smile and eat every bite.
"Just in case," Lily would whisper with a wink, "we might need some magic tomorrow."
