The Magical Pool Above the Clouds
Lily loved her grandpa's old straw hat. It had a wide brim and smelled like sunshine and cookies. But one day, something magical happened.
When Lily put on the hat, she began to float! Up, up, up she went—right through her bedroom ceiling and into the sky. Clouds tickled her feet as she soared higher and higher.
Finally, she landed on top of the fluffiest cloud she had ever seen. And there, shimmering like liquid sapphire, was the most beautiful pool she could imagine. But this wasn't any ordinary pool—it was a cloud pool!
"Welcome, friend!" rumbled a deep voice. Lily turned to see a great brown bear with the kindest eyes. His fur was sprinkled with what looked like tiny stars.
"I'm Bella," said the bear. "And this is my best friend, Boris."
From behind a cloud-shaped rock stepped a bull—gentle as could be, with golden horns that glowed softly.
"Don't be afraid," Boris said warmly. "We're the guardians of the Sky Pyramid."
Lily gasped. Rising from the center of the magical pool was a crystal pyramid that caught the sunlight and made rainbows dance across the clouds.
"The Sky Pyramid collects children's happiest dreams," Bella explained. "But something's wrong. The pyramid's glow is fading. Children are forgetting to dream big dreams."
Lily thought about her dreams—becoming an astronaut, discovering new worlds, helping animals.
"I dream big!" she declared.
Bella smiled. "Then your hat brought you here for a reason. Touch the pyramid, Lily. Share your dreams with it."
Lily stepped into the pool. The water felt like a hug! She reached out and touched the crystal pyramid. WHOOSH! A brilliant light exploded—gold, pink, and green—shooting down to Earth.
"Look!" Boris pointed. "Children everywhere are waking up with big dreams again!"
The pyramid sparkled brighter than ever. Bella gave Lily a star-covered pebble from the pool. "Keep this, and you'll always remember: never stop dreaming."
When Lily put on her hat to return home, she knew the truth—magical adventures await those who dare to dream big.
