The Magical Adventure Vitamins
Leo was the shyest boy in Mrs. Green's class. Every recess, he sat by the oak tree watching other kids play games while he drew pictures in his notebook. One sunny afternoon, his grandmother pulled a sparkling jar from her kitchen cupboard.
"These are my special adventure vitamins," Grandma said with a twinkle in her eye. "They give you courage to try new things."
The next day at school, Leo noticed new kids had moved in next door to the playground. One girl held a strange racquet.
"Want to learn padel?" she called. "It's like tennis but more fun!"
Leo's tummy felt fluttery, but he remembered the magical vitamin from his pocket. He swallowed it with a deep breath and said, "Okay!"
The padel game was amazing! Leo's racquet made a satisfying *thwack* every time he hit the ball. His new friend Mia showed him how to serve and rally. Within minutes, Leo was laughing and running, his shyness melting away like ice cream on a hot day.
Then a boy named Carlos waved from the baseball field. "We need one more player!"
Leo hesitated. Baseball seemed harder than padel. But Mia squeezed his shoulder. "The magic isn't in the vitamin, Leo. It's been inside you all along!"
She was right. Leo stepped up to the baseball diamond, heart pounding like drumbeats. When the pitch came, he swung with all his might and—*CRACK!*—the ball sailed over the fence!
"Home run!" everyone cheered.
That evening, Leo looked at the empty vitamin jar and smiled. Grandma had given him something special indeed, but the real adventure wasn't magic—it was having the courage to say "yes" to new friends and new games. And from that day on, Leo never sat by the oak tree alone again.
