The Magic Vitamin Splash

Leo loved baseball more than anything. Every Saturday, he and his best friend Mia played in the park, dreaming of hitting home runs that touched the clouds. But Leo had a secret — he always struck out.

One rainy afternoon, while hiding from a storm under the old oak tree, Leo spotted something glowing in the grass. It was a tiny orange bottle labeled 'Magic Vitamin.' Inside was just one sparkling blue pill that shimmered like captured starlight.

'I wonder what this does?' Leo whispered. His heart raced with excitement. Mia giggled. 'Maybe it's a fairy's special potion!'

Leo swallowed it. Suddenly, he felt tingles rush through his body, like a hundred tiny dancing bubbles. He looked at his hands — they glowed blue! When he jumped, he floated down slowly like a feather. 'This is AMAZING!' Leo cheered.

The next morning, Coach Martinez announced terrible news: 'The big game is canceled because the field flooded!' The whole team groaned. They'd practiced all season for this championship.

Leo's eyes widened. 'I have an idea!' He grabbed his baseball bat and ran toward the flooded field. The water was perfect — deep and clear as a mirror. 'Who wants to go swimming AND play baseball?' he yelled.

The team stared. 'Swimming in baseball?' someone asked.

'Watch this!' Leo took a deep breath and dove into the water. With his magic vitamin powers, he could stay underwater for a long time! He swam gracefully to the middle of the field, placed the baseball on a floating base, then kicked it upward toward the surface. SPLASH! The ball flew into the air.

Mia was the first to understand. 'So we're playing baseball... in the WATER!' She jumped in with her bat.

Soon, everyone was splashing, diving, and hitting floating baseballs. When a ball went too deep, Leo would swim down to retrieve it, his blue glow lighting up the underwater world like a human lantern. They laughed until their bellies hurt.

Coach Martinez wiped away tears of joy. 'This is the most creative game I've ever seen!'
