The Magic Pyramid's Secret

Lily loved exploring her grandmother's attic. Rain tapped against the roof as she dug through dusty boxes. Then she saw it—a small golden pyramid hidden beneath old books.

When Lily touched the pyramid, it glowed warm. "Come closer," whispered a tiny voice.

Lily gasped. A fluffy orange cat stepped from behind a trunk. But this was no ordinary cat—it sparkled like starlight!

"I'm Momo," the cat said. "The magic pyramid chose you. Inside are worlds waiting to be discovered."

Lily's heart pounded with excitement. She squeezed the pyramid. Suddenly, the attic melted away.

They stood in a shimmering blue forest where trees sang soft melodies. A huge friendly bear appeared, holding a silver cup. "Welcome! I'm Bruno. I guard the Crystal Water that grants one special wish."

Lily's eyes widened. "Really?"

Bruno nodded. "But first, you must answer: what makes someone a true friend?"

Lily thought carefully. "A friend is someone who helps without being asked, who listens when you're sad, and who celebrates your happiness like it's their own."

The bear smiled. "Correct! Many wish for power or riches, but you chose wisdom."

He poured water from his silver cup. It sparkled with rainbow colors. "One sip, and your wish comes true."

Lily thought of her grandmother, who missed her grandfather terribly. "I wish for my grandma to feel happy again."

She drank the water. Warmth spread through her.

Back in the attic, Momo purred. "Your wish already works. Can you feel it?"

Downstairs, Lily heard her grandmother humming—a sound she hadn't heard in years. The magic pyramid's glow faded, but Lily knew the real magic wasn't in the object at all.

True friendship, she learned, is the most powerful magic of all.

And sometimes, the best adventures are the ones that bring us closer together.
