The Magic Pyramid in the Palm
Tommy loved his old red baseball hat. It was too big and flopped over his eyes, but Grandpa had given it to him. Every summer afternoon, Tommy wore it while playing catch in his backyard.
One hot day, the hat blew off his head! Tommy chased it past the big palm tree where colorful parrots nested. The hat tumbled through the sweet-smelling jasmine bushes and landed beside something strange.
In the grass sat a tiny pyramid, no bigger than Tommy's hand. It shimmered like moonlight and smelled like cinnamon.
"Are you magic?" Tommy whispered. The pyramid glowed!
Suddenly, Tommy stood in a golden desert. A giant pyramid rose before him, touching the clouds. Children with friendly faces played baseball with balls made of stars!
"Join us!" a girl called. She tossed the star-ball. Tommy caught it, and his hand sparkled like fireflies.
They played until sunset. Then the girl whispered, "Whenever you need magic, just look in your palm."
Tommy blinked. He was back in his yard, holding the tiny pyramid. His baseball hat rested on his head—perfectly fitted now!
That night, Tommy checked his palm. A tiny star sparkled there. The pyramid had shown him that magic lives everywhere, especially where friendship gathers.
Now every time Tommy puts on his hat, he remembers: the best adventures start with an open heart and a helping hand.
