The Magic Pyramid in Leo's Palm
Leo was the messiest-haired boy in Sunnyville. His brown hair stuck up like he'd just rolled down a grassy hill, even after brushing it three times!
One afternoon, Leo found something strange in the palm of his hand—a tiny golden pyramid, smaller than a marble. It shimmered with rainbow colors!
"What is this?" Leo whispered. The pyramid grew warm, and suddenly—POOF! A little zombie popped out!
But this wasn't a scary zombie. Zombi was fuzzy and purple, with googly eyes and a friendly smile. "Hello, Leo! I've been waiting 100 years for someone to find my magic pyramid!"
Leo's eyes went wide. "You're REAL?"
"As real as your imagination!" Zombi danced around. "I used to be an ordinary zombie, but the Great Wizard turned me into a guardian. I need help unlocking the Magic Gateway. Do you have an iPhone?"
Leo nodded and pulled out his phone. Zombi touched it with his fuzzy purple finger, and suddenly the screen showed a swirling vortex of stars!
"Hold the pyramid in your palm and think of something you've lost," Zombi explained.
Leo closed his eyes. He thought about his missing lucky sock, the one with dancing dinosaurs. He'd lost it weeks ago and felt sad without it.
The pyramid glowed brighter. A tiny door opened on its side, and out flew—his dinosaur sock!
"My lucky sock!" Leo cheered.
Zombi smiled. "Magic works best when you help others. Who else needs something found?"
Together, they found his sister's lost hair ribbon, his dad's missing key, and his mom's favorite earring. Each time, the pyramid sparkled brighter.
"Thank you, Leo," Zombi said as the sun began to set. "You have a kind heart. That's the real magic."
The little zombie hugged Leo's palm, then turned back into a tiny golden pyramid.
Leo tucked it safely in his pocket, knowing that whenever someone needed help finding something lost, he and Zombi would be ready—messy hair and all.
