The Magic Pyramid Dream
Maya pressed her iPhone against her palm, closing her eyes tight. The glowing screen faded as her imagination took over.
In her mind, the bathtub became a crystal-blue ocean. Maya was swimming beside her best friend Finn — a curious little dolphin with sparkly blue scales. Together, they discovered a golden pyramid rising from the ocean floor.
"What's inside?" Finn asked, his nose bubbling with excitement.
Maya reached out her palm. The pyramid's stone door opened with a magical woosh!
Inside, they found something surprising: not treasure, but thousands of glowing memories floating like jellyfish. Each bubble held a happy moment — a birthday cake, a grandmother's hug, a first bicycle ride.
"The pyramid keeps joy safe forever," Finn said. "But someone forgot to add new memories."
Maya understood. Some grownups were so busy looking at their phones, they forgot to make magical moments. She grabbed a bubble and added her own memory: swimming with a friend.
The pyramid glowed brighter.
Maya opened her eyes. The iPhone sat dark on the sink. She grinned, knowing the real magic wasn't on any screen. It was in every splash, every giggle, every moment shared with someone you love.
She hopped out of the tub, ready for real adventures.
