The Magic Pool's Secret

Lily loved visiting her grandmother's house, especially the mysterious **pool** in the backyard. It wasn't just any pool—when the moonlight hit its surface, the water sparkled like a million tiny stars.

One rainy evening, Lily sat by the pool, watching the sky. Suddenly, **lightning** flashed across the dark clouds, illuminating something strange near the water's edge. A figure stood there, but it wasn't scary at all.

"Hello?" Lily called out, clutching her **iPhone** tightly. She had been playing her favorite game when the storm began.

The figure stepped forward. It looked like a **zombie** from her video games, with greenish skin and tattered clothes, but this zombie wore a friendly smile and carried a **padel** racket.

"Don't be afraid," the zombie said kindly. "I'm Zara, and I'm the guardian of this magical pool. Every hundred years, lightning wakes me up to find a new friend to play with."

Lily's eyes widened. "You play padel?"

"Magical padel!" Zara laughed. "Watch this."

Zara tapped her padel racket against the pool's surface. Instead of a splash, colorful bubbles floated up. Each bubble contained a tiny, glowing scene—children laughing, families eating dinner, friends playing together.

"These are memories," Zara explained. "The magic pool collects happy moments. But lately, people are too busy looking at their phones instead of making memories. That's why the lightning called me—we need more joy in the world!"

Lily looked at her iPhone, then back at the beautiful bubbles. "I can help!"

Together, Lily and Zara played magical padel all night. Every time Zara hit the ball into the pool, new happy memories bubbled up—birthday parties, first bike rides, bedtime stories.

As morning approached, Zara began to fade. "Thank you, Lily. Remember, the best magic isn't in your phone—it's in the moments you share with people you love."

Lily waved goodbye as Zara disappeared into the sparkling water. From that day on, Lily still used her iPhone, but she made sure to create real magical memories first—because she learned that real happiness comes from friendship, adventure, and being present in the moment.

And sometimes, when lightning storms come, Lily still visits the pool, wondering if her friend Zara will return for another game of magical padel.
