The Magic Pool Pyramid

Lily hated spinach. Every time her grandmother served it, she'd push it around her plate with her fork.

"But dear," Grandma said, "this isn't ordinary spinach. It grew under the full moon!"

Lily didn't believe her—until the day she accidentally swallowed a piece while laughing at her brother's joke. Suddenly, everything around her began to shimmer like rainbows.

She found herself at the community pool, but it looked different. The water glowed with golden light, and right at the bottom sat a magnificent crystal pyramid!

Lily dove into the water—swimming deeper than she'd ever gone before. Inside the pyramid, she met a friendly turtle named Fin who was playing padel with a mermaid.

"Want to play?" Fin asked, holding out a sparkling paddle.

Lily nodded, though she'd never played before. To her surprise, the ball floated through the air like a bubble, and whenever she hit it, it made happy chiming sounds.

"The magic spinach helps you see hidden worlds," Fin explained. "But the real magic is in trying new things with friends."

They played until the sun began to set. As Lily swam back to the surface, she realized something wonderful: she hadn't just found magic—she'd found courage to try new things.

That evening, Lily ate every bite of spinach on her plate, wondering what other adventures awaited. And somewhere deep in the pool, the crystal pyramid glowed just a little bit brighter.
