The Magic Pool in the Orange Garden

Lily discovered something magical behind her grandmother's old shed. There, hidden among the orange trees, was a tiny sparkling pool no bigger than a bathtub. The water glowed with a soft golden light, even though it was a cloudy day.

Her cat Moustache crept closer, his whiskers twitching with curiosity. But what made Lily gasp was what was swimming in the pool – a single goldfish with scales that shimmered like tiny rainbows. The fish popped its head above the water and spoke!

"Hello, Lily! I've been waiting for you."

Lily rubbed her eyes. Was she dreaming? Goldfish couldn't talk!

"I'm Finley," the fish continued. "This is the Magic Wonder Pool. It shows you things no one else can see. But you need something special to activate it."

Lily reached into her pocket and pulled out her old iPhone that her parents had given her for emergencies and games. The moment it touched the pool's surface, the water began to swirl with colors.

Suddenly, images appeared on the iPhone screen – but not the usual apps and games. Instead, she saw the secret world of the garden: ants having birthday parties underground, flowers singing lullabies to sleeping bees, and dewdrops racing each other down leaf slides.

"Every orange on this tree," Finley explained, "holds a wish. The garden grants them to children with kind hearts."

Lily picked the ripest orange she could find. She closed her eyes and made her wish – not for toys or treats, but that her sick grandmother would feel better.

The orange grew warm in her hands, glowing softly. When she brought it inside, her grandmother took one bite and smiled for the first time in weeks.

"This orange," she whispered, "tastes like love."

That night, Lily fell asleep dreaming of tiny fish parties and birthday cakes made of flower petals, knowing that magic was real – as long as you knew where to look for it.
