The Magic Pool Adventure

Lily loved summer days at her grandmother's house. The best part was the mysterious old pool in the garden. It wasn't just any pool — Granny said it was enchanted.

One hot afternoon, Lily sat by the pool, scrolling through her iPhone. She was too busy playing games to notice the water sparkling like diamonds.

"You're missing the magic!" called her new friend Mateo, waving a padel racket. "Come play!"

Lily sighed. She'd much rather play on her phone. But something strange happened — the pool began to glow! A tiny water fairy popped up from the surface.

"I'm Marina!" the fairy squeaked. "This pool grants wishes, but only to children who play together and use their imaginations!"

Lily's eyes widened. She put down her iPhone. "Really?"

Mateo grabbed her hand. "Let's try!"

They imagined a wonderful game — padel in the pool! Magical rackets appeared, and the water became bouncy like a trampoline. They played and laughed, splashing and hitting the most magical shots ever.

The pool transformed again, showing them images of friendship and joy. Lily realized something important: her iPhone was fun, but nothing beat the magic of playing with friends.

"Thank you, Marina!" Lily cried as the fairy waved goodbye.

That evening, Lily didn't pick up her phone once. She and Mateo played padel until sunset, and sometimes, they swore they saw the pool wink at them.

The magic had been there all along — she just needed to look up from her screen to find it.
