Lila loved visiting her grandmother's little cottage by the sea. Every summer, she'd spend hours playing on the warm sand and collecting shiny seashells. But this summer, something extraordinary happened.

Lila thought carefully. 'I gave my sandwich to a hungry boy yesterday,' she said softly. 'And I helped my little sister learn to tie her shoes.'
