The Magic iPhone and the Golden Sphinx

Lily loved her grandmother's attic, filled with mysterious treasures from long ago. On a rainy Saturday, she discovered something strange behind a dusty trunk—an old iPhone that glowed with rainbow lights when she touched it!

Her orange tabby cat, Pumpkin, purred and rubbed against her leg, his soft hair tickling her ankle. Pumpkin seemed to know something special about the magical phone.

When Lily tapped the screen, it didn't show apps or games. Instead, it opened like a tiny door! Through it, she saw a desert with golden pyramids under purple stars.

"Meow!" Pumpkin jumped through the phone's light, and Lily followed, tumbling into a world of sparkling sand and ancient magic.

Before them stood the most magnificent creature—a Sphinx with emerald eyes and wings like sunset clouds. But the Sphinx looked sad, her golden fur matted and dull.

"I've forgotten my riddle," the Sphinx whispered. "For a thousand years, children came to solve my puzzles, but my magic has grown weak."

Lily wanted to help. Then she remembered! In her pocket, she had leftover spinach from lunch—her grandma said leafy greens held ancient magic. The Sphinx's eyes widened with hope.

"Spinach from the mortal world! It carries earth's wisdom!" The Sphinx ate the green leaves and suddenly her golden fur gleamed brighter than the sun. Her magnificent hair flowed like liquid starlight.

"Now I remember my riddle!" she roared joyfully. "What has ears but cannot hear, a screen but cannot see, yet can show you whole worlds?"

"An iPhone!" Lily laughed.

"Correct!" The Sphinx granted Lily one wish. Lily wished to understand all magical creatures, and she and Pumpkin became the Sphinx's best friends, visiting through the magical phone every weekend.
