The Magic Garden Window

Lily loved visiting her grandmother's house. The backyard was full of secrets, but her favorite spot was under the old palm tree that swayed in the warm breeze like a friendly giant waving hello.

One afternoon, while digging for buried treasure, Lily's fingers brushed against something smooth and cool. An old iphone! The screen was cracked, but somehow it still worked. Lily pressed the button, and suddenly the screen glowed with golden light.

A tiny orange butterfly fluttered out of the screen! It danced around Lily's nose, leaving sparkles in the air. "Follow me!" the butterfly seemed to say with each flutter.

Lily chased the orange butterfly past the palm tree, around the rosebushes, and right to the back of the garden where she'd never explored before. There, she found something magical—a tiny door hidden in the roots of an ancient oak tree.

The butterfly landed on the door and turned into a small orange cat with bright green eyes. "I've been waiting for someone with a pure heart to find that magic phone," the cat purred. "Come inside!"

Inside, Lily found a world where trees grew candy canes and rivers flowed with orange juice. Friendly creatures welcomed her, and they played until sunset.

"Will you visit again?" the orange cat asked as Lily prepared to leave.

"Every day," Lily promised. "But I have to go home now. My grandmother will be worried."

The cat nodded. "That's the most important lesson—love and family come first, even in magical places."

Lily returned through the tiny door, the iphone now just an ordinary phone in her pocket. But she knew the magic was real. From that day on, every time she sat under the palm tree, she watched for her orange friend, knowing that the best magic lives between adventures and the people who love you.
