The Magic Garden of Bull and Bull
Lily had the wildest hair in town. It stuck out in every direction, especially when she was excited. And today, she was VERY excited.
Behind her house, she'd discovered a thick metal cable snaking through the grass. It hummed with magical energy. Being ten years old and full of curiosity, Lily did what any adventurous kid would do — she followed it.
The cable led her through a hidden gate into a secret garden. But this wasn't just any garden. In the center stood a great brown bull with kind, sleepy eyes. He looked half-asleep, moving slowly like a zombie.
"Hello there," Lily whispered. "Are you okay?"
The bull sighed. "I'm under a spell," he said slowly. "A wizard cursed me. Every day I become more of a zombie until I can't move at all."
Lily's hair practically stood on end. "That's terrible! How do we break it?"
"The answer grows in my garden," the bull explained. "Magic spinach. But I'm too tired to harvest it."
Lily didn't hesitate. She rushed to the garden patch where beautiful emerald leaves grew. She picked the biggest, shiniest spinach leaves she could find.
"Eat this!" she urged, feeding the bull the magical greens.
The bull's eyes widened. Energy rushed through him. The zombie spell melted away like snow in spring. He stood tall, his coat gleaming.
"Thank you, friend!" the bull exclaimed. "Your quick thinking saved me."
Lily grinned, her wild hair bouncing. "That's what friends are for!"
The bull gave her a magical gift — the cable that had led her there. "Whenever you need help, hold this cable tight. It will connect you to friends everywhere."
Lily skipped home, her hair even wilder than before, but her heart full. She'd learned that kindness and courage could break any spell — and that sometimes, the best adventures start with following where curiosity leads.
That night, Lily dreamed of friendly bulls and magical gardens, knowing she'd made a friend forever.
