The Magic Garden Hat

Lily discovered something extraordinary in her grandmother's attic. It was an old floppy hat with a wide brim, decorated with tiny silk flowers. When she put it on, the world began to sparkle.

Lily couldn't believe her eyes. "Spinach? But that's boring!"

The sprite showed Lily how the tiny vitamin particles inside each leaf sparkled like microscopic stars. "Most kids can't see the magic, but your hat reveals the truth. Healthy food IS magic!"

Lily tried a fresh spinach leaf. It tasted sweet and fresh, and she felt a warm tingle spread through her body. She did a cartwheel—then another! She felt stronger, faster, more alive.

"Every time you eat spinach," the sprite explained, "you're swallowing magic that helps you grow brave and strong. That's what vitamins really are—nature's secret superpower potion!"

From that day on, Lily wore her Magic Garden Hat whenever she helped Grandma cook. She learned that carrots gave her night vision, oranges made her immune to sickness, and yes, spinach made her mighty.
