The Lightning Who Loved Running

Once upon a time, in a sky filled with fluffy clouds, there lived a tiny lightning bolt named Zap. Unlike all the other lightning bolts who loved zooming down to earth with loud crashes and scary flashes, Zap was different. He was gentle and curious.

One day, instead of flashing down with a BOOM, Zap drifted slowly like a dandelion seed until he landed in a garden. There he met Maya, a little girl who was running around in circles, laughing as she chased butterflies.

"You're the most beautiful lightning I've ever seen!" Maya said, her eyes wide. "Do you want to play running tag with me?"

Zap twinkled happily. Nobody had ever wanted to play with him before! So off they went, running through the garden, Zap zipping ahead and then slowing down so Maya could catch him. They ran until they were both breathless and hungry.

"I have something special!" Maya said, pulling something from her pocket. "My mom calls them sunshine vitamins. They're little orange drops that make you strong and healthy."

But when Zap touched the vitamin, something magical happened. The little drop started to glow like a tiny sun!

"Look!" Maya gasped. "You made the vitamin even better!"

Zap had discovered his special gift. He could make vitamins more powerful, filling them with extra sunshine and magic.

Every day after that, Maya and Zap would run together through the garden, collecting vitamins from oranges and carrots. With each gentle zap from Zap, the vitamins would glow even brighter. Soon, Maya was sharing these magical vitamins with all the children in her neighborhood. Everyone who took them felt stronger, happier, and full of energy.

The other lightning bolts in the sky noticed something wonderful. The garden was glowing with happiness. They started to wonder if being gentle and kind could be just as powerful as being loud and scary.

One by one, lightning bolts came down to meet Zap and learn his secret. They discovered that when they paired their lightning with kindness and vitamins, they could create magic that helped people instead of frightening them.

And so Zap taught all the lightning bolts that the greatest power comes not from being the loudest or scariest, but from being a friend. Together, they created beautiful glowing rain that watered gardens and filled every vitamin with extra magic.

Maya and Zap still run together every day, creating magic wherever they go, proving that even the smallest bolt of lightning, when filled with love, can brighten the whole world.
