The Lightning Pyramid's Secret Game

Leo loved storms. Tonight, the sky crackled with bright lightning that made his bedroom glow like magic.

"Did you see that?" his best friend Maya called from next door. She was already at the window, her face pressed against the glass.

Suddenly, a bolt of lightning struck the old oak tree in Leo's backyard. But instead of burning it, the lightning transformed into a shimmering golden pyramid that floated just above the grass.

"Is that... real?" Maya whispered, racing outside.

Leo grabbed his sneakers and followed. The pyramid hummed with energy, its surface swirling like a tiny galaxy. When they stepped close, a door opened, revealing a glowing chamber inside.

"Welcome, young friends," a friendly voice echoed. "I am the Pyramid of Possibility. I have something important to teach you."

Inside, they found two golden padel racquets floating in the air. And bouncing everywhere were glowing green leaves—spinach leaves that sparkled like emeralds.

"This is my favorite game," the Pyramid said. "Use the padel racquets to catch the spinach leaves. But here's the secret: you must work together."

Leo giggled. "But spinach is yucky!"

"Not magical spinach," Maya laughed, grabbing a racquet. "Come on, Leo! Let's play!"

At first, they kept bumping into each other. The spinach leaves zipped around like butterflies. Leo tried to catch them all himself, but the leaves always slipped away.

"Try passing to me!" Maya called.

Leo hit a glowing leaf toward Maya with his padel racquet. She bounced it back, and together they created a rhythm—like a dance. Each time they passed the spinach back and forth, it grew brighter and more beautiful.

Soon, they were laughing so hard their sides hurt. They had caught twenty sparkling spinach leaves, and the pyramid began to glow even brighter.

"Wonderful!" the Pyramid cheered. "You've learned the secret. Some things are better when we share them—even vegetables!"

The pyramid dissolved into thousands of fireflies that danced around Leo and Maya before fading into the night.

"Do you think that really happened?" Leo asked as lightning flashed again in the distance.

Maya grinned. "I don't know. But tomorrow... I'm trying spinach at dinner."

Leo laughed. "Me too. Especially if we can share it."
