The Lightning Pyramid's Secret
Emma and Leo loved running through the meadow behind their house, especially during summer storms when the sky turned purple and gray. One afternoon, as fat raindrops began to fall, they spotted something extraordinary shimmering between the oak trees.
"Look!" cried Emma, pointing. "A pyramid!"
But this wasn't like any pyramid they'd seen in books. This one glowed with a soft blue light, and as lightning flashed across the sky, the pyramid seemed to pulse with energy.
"Do you think we should..." Leo started, but Emma was already running toward it.
Inside the pyramid, they discovered the most amazing thing—a pool of water that looked like liquid starlight. tiny fish made of pure light swam beneath the surface, leaving trails of glitter wherever they went.
"It's beautiful," Emma whispered.
A small turtle with a shell like a rainbow slowly swam to the edge. "The lightning brings the pyramid to life," it said in a voice like gentle chimes. "But only children who run with joy in their hearts can find it."
The children spent the afternoon playing with the magical fish and learning that the storm outside wasn't scary at all—it was nature's way of painting the sky with light.
"Will you be here next time?" Leo asked as the rain slowed.
"Whenever lightning dances across the sky, and whenever children run with wonder in their hearts," the turtle promised.
As the pyramid faded away with the storm, Emma and Leo walked home hand in hand, knowing that some secrets are meant to be shared, and that the most magical discoveries come when you're brave enough to run toward the unknown.
