The Lightning Pyramid's Secret

Emma loved swimming in her backyard pool, especially during summer evenings when the stars twinkled above. One night, as she did her final laps, something shiny caught her eye at the bottom of the water.

She dove down and discovered a small golden pyramid, no bigger than her palm, glowing softly in the deep end. The moment her fingers touched it, the pool water began to swirl like a magical tornado, and suddenly Emma wasn't in her pool anymore—she was floating in an enchanted underwater kingdom!

Three days later, dark clouds gathered. Thunder rumbled like giant drums, and jagged bolts of lightning streaked across the sky. Emma stood in her yard, the golden pyramid raised toward the storm.

"Splash!" she cried as a brilliant lightning bolt struck the pyramid directly.

CRACK! The pyramid burst into a thousand sparkles, and suddenly the water dragon appeared—full-sized and magnificent! Splash swam circles around Emma, leaving trails of rainbow water droplets.

"You freed me!" Splash cheered. "For your kindness and bravery, I give you this gift." Splash touched Emma's forehead, and suddenly she could understand the language of all water creatures.

Emma and Splash became best friends. Every evening, Emma would swim in her pool, and Splash would visit, telling stories of magical underwater cities and teaching her about the secrets of rivers, lakes, and oceans.
