The Lightning Pyramid's Magic

Emma and Jake loved playing baseball in the park every Saturday. But this day was different. Dark clouds gathered overhead, and suddenly, a bolt of lightning struck the old oak tree near the sandbox.

Instead of burning the tree, the lightning transformed it. Slowly, the wood twisted and turned into a glowing pyramid that sparkled with rainbow colors. The children gasped in wonder.

"What IS that?" Jake whispered, his eyes wide.

Emma stepped closer. "I think it's magic."

Inside the pyramid, they discovered small crystals that looked like colorful vitamins. Each one pulsed with a different light — red for courage, blue for kindness, yellow for joy.

"They're magic vitamins!" Emma exclaimed. "They give you powers!"

Jake took a red one and suddenly felt strong enough to hit ten home runs. Emma chose the blue one and could now understand what every animal was thinking. But the yellow vitamin was special — it made them both feel happy and grateful.

Suddenly, the pyramid's top opened, revealing a shimmering pool of water that reflected stars even though it was daytime.

"Jump in!" Emma called.

They splashed into the magical pool and found themselves floating among real stars! They saw constellations that told stories — of brave heroes, kind friends, and joyful adventures.

The pyramid spoke in a gentle voice: "True magic comes from courage, kindness, and joy. Share these gifts, and the world will shine brighter."

When they climbed out, back in their regular clothes, the pyramid had transformed back into the old oak tree. But in Emma's pocket, the yellow vitamin still glowed warmly.

From that day on, whenever they felt sad or scared, they'd touch it and remember: the real magic wasn't the pyramid or the pool — it was the courage to be kind, the joy of adventure, and the friendship they shared.

And every Saturday, they still played baseball, but now they always made sure every kid felt included, brave, and happy. That was their true magic.
