The Lightning Pyramid's Gift

Maya's curly **hair** bounced as she ran through the dusty marketplace. She was looking for her grandfather, who had promised to show her something amazing today.

"Grandpa!" Maya called, spotting him near the fruit stand.

Her grandfather smiled and held up something shiny. "Look what I found, little one. An **orange** like no other."

The orange wasn't just orange. It glowed with a soft golden light!

"Follow me," Grandpa said. "This magical fruit will lead us to the legendary **pyramid** of the Sky People."

They climbed the sandy dunes until something incredible appeared—a crystal pyramid floating in the air! Suddenly, **lightning** flashed around it, but it wasn't scary. The lightning danced like ribbons of silver and blue.

"Whoa," Maya breathed.

A small creature with sparkly wings zoomed toward them. "You found the Sun Fruit!" she cheered. "I'm Zola, guardian of the pyramid. Our land needs help—the Sun Stone has lost its glow."

Inside the crystal pyramid, Maya saw a beautiful stone that looked like it was sleeping. The orange fruit in Grandpa's hand pulsed with light.

"This fruit contains a special **vitamin**—not one you eat, but one made of kindness and courage," Zola explained. "Only someone with a brave heart can wake the Sun Stone."

Maya's heart pounded. She'd never been brave before.

Grandpa squeezed her hand. "You are braver than you know, Maya. You face your fears every day when you try new things."

Maya stepped forward and placed the glowing orange on the Sun Stone. Golden light burst forth, filling the pyramid with warmth.

"Thank you!" Zola hugged Maya. "Your courage has saved our home."

That night, Maya's curly hair caught the starlight as she walked home. She didn't need a magical fruit to know she was brave. She had found something better—belief in herself.

And sometimes, that's the greatest adventure of all.
