The Lightning Pyramid Game

Leo and Mia loved playing padel at the old court near their houses. Every Saturday, they'd meet there with their racquets, hitting the ball back and forth across the net. But today was different—the sky turned dark, and strange purple clouds gathered above them.

"We should go home," Mia said, looking up nervously.

Just then, a bolt of lightning crackled through the sky—bright blue and sparkling like diamonds. It didn't hit the ground. Instead, it struck something that suddenly appeared right behind their padel court: a mysterious golden pyramid, glowing with magic.

The pyramid was small, only as tall as Leo, with hieroglyphs that shimmered and moved. The children stepped closer, amazed.

"What is it?" Leo whispered.

The pyramid's front panel slid open, revealing a tiny chamber inside. A voice echoed: "Only those who play together may enter."

Leo and Mia looked at each other. They had been friends forever, always playing games together. They clasped hands and stepped inside.

Suddenly, they weren't in a small chamber anymore. They stood in a vast magical court where lightning butterflies fluttered around golden pillars. A friendly creature appeared—a ball of glowing light with a smile.

"Welcome!" it chirped. "I am the Guardian of Fun. Many children play games alone, thinking winning is everything. But you two? You play together, laugh together, and help each other. That's real magic."

The Guardian showed them images of their padel games—Mia cheering when Leo made a great shot, Leo helping Mia up when she fell. "True friendship makes any game better," it said.

The pyramid faded away, leaving them back at their court. The storm had vanished, replaced by sunshine.

"Want to play again?" Leo asked, grinning.

"Always," Mia replied.

And every time they played padel after that, they remembered: the real magic wasn't in winning or in lightning pyramids—it was in playing together, as best friends.
