The Lightning Pyramid

Leo hated spinach. Every time his mom served those green leaves for dinner, he wished they would disappear.

One rainy afternoon, while Leo splashed in his backyard pool, something magical happened. A bolt of lightning flashed across the dark sky and struck right into the water!

But instead of being scared, Leo watched in wonder. The pool water began to glow golden, bubbling and swirling like a magical potion. Slowly, the water rose upward, forming the shape of a pyramid made entirely of light!

Inside the glowing pyramid, Leo saw something amazing. The leaves of spinach he'd refused to eat earlier were floating there, but now they sparkled like emeralds. Each leaf held a tiny star inside, twinkling with magic.

"You judged me too quickly," whispered a gentle voice from the pyramid. "Spinach may look ordinary, but inside, I hold the strength of giants and the energy of stars."

Leo reached out, and a single spinach leaf drifted to his hand. It tasted sweet, like sunshine and adventure. Suddenly, he felt strong enough to swim across oceans, fast enough to outrun the wind, and brave enough to face any challenge.

The lightning pyramid dissolved into sparkling raindrops that rained down joyfully. Leo swam home, his heart full of wonder.

That night, Leo ate every bite of spinach on his plate. He'd learned that sometimes, the most ordinary things hide the most extraordinary magic inside. And now, every time lightning storms came, he'd race to the pool, hoping to visit his pyramid friend again.

Because the best adventures, Leo discovered, begin when you keep your heart—and your mind—wide open to the world's surprises.
