The Lightning Pyramid

Leo loved building things more than anything in the world. In his bedroom, he constructed the tallest pyramid anyone had ever seen - not with heavy stones like in Egypt, but with colorful wooden blocks his grandfather had given him. The pyramid reached almost to the ceiling, sparkling with gold and blue blocks arranged just so.

One stormy afternoon, while looking for treasures in the dusty attic, Leo found something strange coiled in the corner - an old, thick cable with a glowing crystal at the end. It hummed with a mysterious energy.

"Grandpa?" Leo called, carrying the cable downstairs. "What's this?"

His grandfather's eyes widened like full moons. "The Lightning Cable! My grandfather told me it could capture magic from storms, but no one in our family has ever figured out how it works."

Leo looked at his block pyramid, then at the cable, then at the storm brewing outside the window. Lightning flashed purple across the dark sky, and suddenly, an idea sparked in Leo's mind - bright and sudden as a lightning bolt.

"I know what to do!" Leo exclaimed. He carefully climbed onto his chair and placed the crystal end of the cable right at the very top of his pyramid. The cable began to hum louder, vibrating with energy.

CRACK! Lightning struck a tree in the yard! Through the window, something incredible happened - the cable didn't just conduct electricity. It caught a piece of the lightning's pure magic!

The pyramid began to glow - first blue, then gold, then rainbow colors that filled the whole room. The wooden blocks started floating, rearranging themselves into magical shapes - a flying bird, a dancing tree, a smiling face that winked at Leo!

The pyramid had become a magical machine that turned storm energy into beautiful things!

"Leo," his grandfather said softly, watching the floating blocks dance, "you discovered something incredible. The cable needed the right structure - your pyramid - to catch the lightning's magic. And it needed your imagination to see the possibility."

That night, Leo learned something important: sometimes the most magical discoveries come from connecting old things in new ways, from wondering "what if?" and from being brave enough to try.

And whenever storms came after that, Leo would set up his pyramid and cable, ready to catch the lightning's magic and turn it into something beautiful and new.
