The Lightning Dog's Magical Discovery
One sunny afternoon, a golden retriever named Buster was playing in his backyard when he spotted something strange. Under the tall palm tree at the edge of the garden, there was a small, shimmering pyramid made of crystal.
Buster's nose twitched with curiosity. He approached carefully, and suddenly—ZAP! A tiny bolt of lightning flashed from the pyramid's tip, turning Buster's fur a sparkly silver color.
"Wow!" said a voice from behind the tree. A little girl named Lily stepped out, her eyes wide with wonder. "Buster, you're glowing like magic!"
Buster barked happily, and with each bark, little lightning bolts danced around him. Lily laughed and reached out to touch his sparkly fur. But when she did, something amazing happened—they both began to float!
The magical pyramid was pulling them upward, higher and higher. Soon they were soaring above the palm trees, overlooking their whole town.
"Look!" Lily pointed. "The park looks like a tiny green carpet!"
Buster wagged his tail so hard that more lightning bolts shot out, creating a rainbow bridge beneath them. They slid down the rainbow bridge, landing softly in their own garden.
But now Buster was hungry. Lily's mother had made lunch, and Buster's favorite was on the table—fresh, leafy spinach from their garden. Before his adventure, Buster would never touch vegetables. But something had changed.
Buster gobbled up the spinach happily. "Magic adventures make me hungry!" Lily giggled, patting her brave, lightning-powered friend.
From that day on, whenever Buster and Lily wanted to explore, they would touch the crystal pyramid together. And every time they returned, Buster would eat his vegetables without complaint.
Lily's mother just shook her head smiling. "I don't know what you two do on your adventures, but I'm glad Buster finally loves his spinach!"
Buster and Lily exchanged secret glances. Some magic is best kept between best friends.
