The Lightning Bull's Secret

Lily loved her grandma's old attic. On rainy afternoons, she would explore dusty boxes filled with treasures. One day, she found something extraordinary – a purple velvet hat with silver stars embroidered around the brim.

When Lily placed the hat on her head, the room began to spin. Rainbows swirled around her like a sparkling tornado. When everything stopped, Lily gasped. She was standing in front of a magnificent golden pyramid that seemed to touch the clouds!

"Wow!" she whispered.

Suddenly, the sky darkened. Lightning flashed across the horizon, but it wasn't scary lightning. It was beautiful – purple and pink bolts that danced like ribbons.

From behind the pyramid emerged a magnificent creature. It was a bull, but not like any bull Lily had seen. This bull's fur shimmered like diamonds, and tiny lightning bolts crackled gently between his horns.

"Hello, young one," the bull spoke in a voice like rolling thunder. "I am Zap, guardian of the Pyramid of Wishes. Only those with pure hearts may enter."

Lily's eyes widened. "You can talk?"

"Many things are possible here," Zap smiled. "The pyramid grants one wish to those who prove themselves worthy. But first, you must solve a riddle."

Lily nodded bravely. "I'm ready!"

"What is something you can give away but still keep?"

Lily thought hard. She remembered sharing her toys with her neighbor Tom. She remembered helping her little brother tie his shoes. Suddenly, she knew!

"A friend!" Lily exclaimed. "When you're a friend to someone, you never lose that friendship. It only grows!"

Zap's lightning horns glowed brighter. "Correct! You have shown wisdom beyond your years."

The pyramid's doors opened, revealing a room filled with floating crystals. "Choose your wish, Lily."

Lily thought about all the things she could wish for – toys, adventures, magic powers. But then she looked at Zap, who had been alone guarding this pyramid for who knows how long.

"I wish for Zap to have a friend," she said firmly.

Zap's eyes filled with happy tears. "You would use your wish for me?"

"Everyone deserves a friend," Lily smiled. "Even magical lightning bulls."

The pyramid flashed brilliantly. When Lily opened her eyes, she was back in her grandma's attic, the purple hat still on her head. But now, in her pocket, she found a small crystal lightning bolt that shimmered with a gentle glow.

Lily knew Zap would never be lonely again. Sometimes, she could still feel the hat tingling, reminding her that true magic wasn't in wishes – it was in kindness, friendship, and caring for others.

And that was the best adventure of all.
