The Lightning Bull's Secret
Maya found the mysterious iPhone glowing under her bed on a stormy Tuesday night. It wasn't her regular phone — this one shimmered like moonlight. When lightning flashed outside, the screen showed a map to somewhere magical.
Following the glowing path, Maya crept into her backyard where a magnificent bull made of silver starlight stood waiting. His coat sparkled like the night sky, and his eyes held the wisdom of a thousand years.
"I am Orion," the bull rumbled gently. "I've been waiting for someone brave enough to find me."
Maya's eyes widened. "A real friend!"
Orion lowered his giant head. "Climb on, little one. Tonight, the lightning opens doors between worlds."
As Maya settled onto Orion's back, lightning struck the old oak tree. Suddenly, they weren't in her backyard anymore. They stood before a golden pyramid that reached into the clouds. Its walls hummed with ancient magic.
"This is the Pyramid of Lost Dreams," Orion explained. "Inside, children's wishes are kept safe until they're brave enough to chase them."
Inside the pyramid, walls glowed with floating pictures — kids flying, painting, singing, exploring. Maya saw herself, smaller and younger, wishing for adventure.
"Your wish has been waiting," Orion said. "The question is: are you ready to live it?"
Outside, the storm raged. Maya could have gone home, safe and warm. But she looked at the magnificent bull, at the magical pyramid, at the lightning dancing across the sky like possibility itself.
"Yes," she said. "I'm ready."
The lightning bull nodded, and Maya understood: some friends find you, and some adventures find you, but the bravest thing is saying yes to both.
As dawn broke, Maya woke in her bed. The mysterious iPhone was gone, but she could still feel starlight on her skin and knew Orion was watching from the sky, waiting for the next lightning storm — and the next dreamer brave enough to say yes.
