The Lightning Bull's Gift

High on Misty Mountain lived a tiny sphinx named Sera. She had golden wings and the body of a lion cub, but she was too small to fly far. Every night, she watched storms dance across the sky, dreaming of adventure.

One evening, Sera saw something amazing—a bull made of pure running lightning! The creature galloped through the clouds, leaving trails of light. Suddenly, it noticed Sera watching from below and dipped toward her mountain.

"Hello, little friend," the Lightning Bull rumbled softly. Its voice sounded like distant thunder. "I've watched you wish upon the stars. Would you like to see the world?"

Sera's heart leaped! "Oh, yes! But I can't fly very far."

The Lightning Bull smiled, and from its glowing mane, it pulled a shimmering cable. "This is a Star-Cable. It connects dreams to real adventures. Hold tight, and trust where it leads you."

The cable sparkled like captured moonlight. Sera grasped it gently, and suddenly—WHOOSH! She was soaring through the night sky! Below, forests twinkled like emeralds. Rivers looked like ribbons of silver.

They visited secret places: a valley where fireflies sang songs, a cave of crystals that hummed melodies, and a meadow where flowers bloomed in rhythm with the wind.

"Why share this with me?" Sera asked.

"Because courage comes in all sizes," the Lightning Bull said wisely. "And every adventure begins with being brave enough to try something new."

As dawn approached, the Lightning Bull returned Sera to her mountain. But she wasn't the same. Now she knew the world was full of wonders waiting to be discovered.

"Thank you!" Sera called as her friend faded into the morning light.

The Lightning Bull's final thought drifted back: "Remember, little sphinx—the real magic isn't seeing new places. It's finding the courage to explore them."
