The Lightning Bull's Brave Heart

In a cozy valley where the grass grew sweeter than sugar, there lived a gentle bull named Barnaby. Unlike other bulls who loved to run and chase, Barnaby preferred slow strolls through butterfly gardens. The other animals teased him for being so peaceful.

One stormy evening, a small fox cub named Penny got lost in the dark woods. Rain poured down like giant tears from the sky. Penny huddled under a bush, trembling with fear. Suddenly, a brilliant flash of lightning split the sky!

Barnaby spotted the frightened cub through the rain. His heart beat faster than a drum. Without thinking, he charged toward the woods — his first real run ever!

"Hold on, little friend!" Barnaby called out. His big hooves thundered against the muddy ground. Another lightning bolt flashed, illuminating Penny's terrified face.

Just as a massive tree began to fall toward the cub, Barnaby did something impossible. He lowered his head and caught the tree on his mighty horns! The lightning flashed again, and for one magical moment, his fur glowed like a golden star.

Penny's eyes went wide with wonder. "You saved me!"

Barnaby smiled, his warm breath puffing in the cold rain. "Anyone would have done the same, friend."

Together they walked back to the farm, Penny safe on Barnaby's broad back. The storm cleared, and a rainbow stretched across the sky like a colorful smile.

From that day on, nobody teased Barnaby anymore. They understood that true strength isn't about being loud or scary — it's about having a brave heart and helping others in need. And whenever storms rolled through the valley, people would say the lightning wasn't just weather. It was nature celebrating the night a gentle bull became the bravest hero of all.
